At Avalara, she leads AI Governance & Cybersecurity Risk initiatives, building the architecture and guardrails that help organizations deploy AI safely and securely at scale. Ashley is passionate about the intersection of AI and cybersecurity risk, helping enterprises think critically about how AI systems impact their threat landscape and resilience. She is also a 2026 Board Member of Women in Cybersecurity (WiCyS) Phoenix and Founder of the Women's Cybersecurity Collective, dedicated to coaching and amplifying new talent in the cybersecurity community.
