Bryan J. Smith is a Cloud Solution Architect at Check Point Software Technologies, with more than 20 years of leadership and hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, networking, and cloud security. He specializes in designing and implementing enterprise-grade networking and security solutions across AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, and hybrid environments.

Bryan brings deep technical proficiency in network security, threat modeling, prevention-first architectures, infrastructure-as-code, and automation, with extensive experience using Check Point Cloud Firewall and WAF-as-a-Service. Previously, he led network, telecom, and cloud engineering teams at a large healthcare delivery organization, where he built and secured large-scale, mission-critical systems.

A Penn State graduate with a BS in Information Sciences and Technology, Bryan is known for delivering practical insights on next-generation firewalls, zero-trust architectures, hybrid mesh security, and multi-cloud protection strategies for both technical and executive audiences.

Outside of work, Bryan is a proud parent of six children (five girls and one boy) and enjoys basketball, golf, fishing, and water sports at the lake. He also makes an annual trip to Long Beach Island (LBI) to enjoy as many sunrises as possible.
