She oversees the Security, Privacy and Corporate Engineering organizations, which include the information security and productivity functions. Erika has over 20 years of experience in the security industry. Prior to joining Robinhood, she spent over 20 years at Capital One Financial, where she held a variety of leadership positions in cybersecurity, including serving as the Chief Information Security Officer for US Card, International, and Small Business.
