Frank Vesce is a seasoned technology and cybersecurity executive with more than 25 years of experience across financial services, insurance, and technology startups. He currently serves as Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Allvue Systems, a leading provider of AI-powered, cloud-based software serving the private capital and alternative investment markets.

Prior to Allvue, Frank spent a combined 20 years at Goldman Sachs, holding senior global leadership positions across technology risk, cybersecurity, incident response, and ransomware preparedness. His career also includes helping lead a technology startup from initial funding through a successful IPO in 2001.

Frank serves as a cybersecurity advisor to the U.S. Coast Guard Captain of the Port of New York and New Jersey and is the published author of The Pragmatic CISO. He has shared his expertise at Harvard, MIT, and Stevens Institute of Technology, as well as in private sessions with the FBI and NYPD Counterterrorism Bureau.
