    Heather Noggle
Advisory Board Member, Missouri Cybersecurity Center of Excellence

Heather Noggle offers more than 30 years of expertise built from experience as early as Commodore 64 tinkering; software development, requirements, and project management; human resources; extensive writing; and so much music. She effortlessly connects all of these things together with engaging and humorous storytelling. She’s passionate about what we people can do to protect ourselves and the information we seek to hold private.

Heather holds the CSSLP certification – Secure Software Lifecycle Professional from ISC2 and Security+ from CompTIA. In 2026, she added CMMC CCP and CCA successful exams and awaits these credentials that'll be added after a Tier 3 government background check.

She currently serves as Vice Chair of the Springfield Tech Council, an Advisory Board member of the Missouri Cybersecurity Center of Excellence (MCCoE), and also volunteers with Redeemer Lutheran Church as a musician and its Board Executive Secretary.
