As a Director of Cyber Defense at Cox Communications, he and his team play a critical role in keeping the company and its customers safe from cyber threats. His expertise spans various domains within cybersecurity including application security, identity and access management, security architecture, detection engineering, and incident response.

Jacob graduated from the University of Georgia with a degree in Management Information Systems, and he holds a CISSP certification.
