Prior to his role as CIO at MassPort, Jarret served as IT Deputy Director and Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), where he focused on maintaining a safe and secure environment at all Massport facilities while working with departments, law enforcement partners, and stakeholders to strengthen our capabilities to prevent and respond to different threats and emergencies. Before joining MassPort, Jarret was a Senior terrorism official at the National Counterterrorism Center (NCTC), DHS Protective Security Advisor for New England, and a U.S. Navy Intelligence Officer. He is a graduate of Boston College and holds a Masters in Cybersecurity Policy & Governance from Boston College.
