    Jeffrey Hunter, Guest Speaker
    Supervisory Special Agent, FBI

With more than 25 years in law enforcement and criminal investigation, I currently serve as a Supervisory Special Agent in the FBI's Philadelphia Division, where I lead crisis management, special events planning for major 2026 national events, and private sector engagement.

Before transitioning to cyber investigations and executive leadership, I spent over a decade investigating drug trafficking organizations in Philadelphia while simultaneously serving on and ultimately leading the Division's SWAT team. That dual track—building cases and leading tactical operations—instilled a mindset I carry into everything I do today: plan strategically, investigate relentlessly, train realistically, and when the moment comes, execute decisively. It's the same discipline that guided me through years of complex cyber intrusion investigations, where I worked alongside international partners to identify, pursue, and ultimately bring ransomware actors to justice on U.S. soil.

Today, I focus on bridging the FBI and the private sector. I work directly with CISOs, executive leadership teams, and security practitioners to share actionable threat intelligence, strengthen organizational resilience, and build the kind of trusted relationships that make a real difference when incidents happen—not after.

In parallel, I lead the Division's crisis management and special events portfolio, bringing the same operational discipline to large-scale event planning that I brought to tactical operations and cyber investigations.
