Jeramy Kopacko serves as the Field CISO for Sophos North America, where Jeramy helps organizations understand and manage business risk in cybersecurity. Jeramy has led technical strategy and enablement across Sophos’ security solutions and services, most recently supporting strategic accounts in the state of Pennsylvania and the New York City Metropolitan Enterprise division. Prior to this role, Jeramy worked as a first responder on the Sophos Incident Response service desk, supporting clients across the East Coast.

In addition to this work, contributions include developing Security Operations (SecOps) best practice content for Sophos users. Earlier experience spans roles as a Network and System Architect and as a Technology Director in the K–12 education sector.

Jeramy holds a Master of Science from the Volgenau School of Engineering at George Mason University in Applied Information Technology, focused on Cybersecurity Engineering. Jeramy also maintains multiple industry certifications from organizations such as Microsoft and FIRST and is currently pursuing a Professional Certification in Leading People and Teams through the University of Michigan.
