    Kristie Pfosi is a seasoned executive with over two decades of experience in technical leadership, risk management, and governance. As Global Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at Marelli, she oversees cybersecurity across IT, OT and connected product security, securing the next generation of software-defined vehicles for autonomous and connected mobility.
    Previously, Kristie held senior security roles at Delta Faucet Company, Aptiv and Mitsubishi Electric Automotive. She also served as a technical intelligence officer at the CIA, driving cybersecurity innovation and global governance initiatives.
    Kristie holds dual Bachelor of Science degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Electrical Engineering from Kettering University. She also has earned executive certifications in Innovation and Entrepreneurship from Harvard and MIT, further solidifying her ability to lead at the intersection of technology and business strategy. She is a founding board member of the Women’s Security Alliance and serves on multiple advisory boards, shaping the future of cybersecurity and technology innovation.
