Recruited to Zebra Technologies as Chief Security Officer (CSO), I am providing strategic leadership for Zebra's information security, product security, business continuity, and corporate security programs across the global enterprise. Previously, as Caterpillar’s first CISO, I rallied support from numerous stakeholders, created a shared vision, and built a new program with measurable improvements.
