As Lead Director of the DevSecOps Ecosystem team at CVS Health, Rosemary Burns is at the forefront of modernizing secure development. She oversees a critical portfolio of security disciplines—ranging from mobile application scanning to supply chain security—while prioritizing developer education as a cornerstone of a secure culture.

Rosemary’s career is defined by transformation. During her tenure at Comcast, she acted as a primary advisor for SDLC adoption, building a foundation for her current specialization in end-to-end product security.

Her leadership extends beyond the corporate office. In 2018, she launched Philadelphia Women & Cybersecurity, a community that has since expanded to 500+ members. By also founding the WiCyS Critical Infrastructure affiliate, she has successfully unified cybersecurity voices across industry and government sectors.
