Shawn Keeley oversees the Information Assurance program at Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Rhode Island, which includes threat intelligence and incident response, third-party risk management, and governance, risk, and compliance. He brings over six years of expertise in Information Security and Privacy.

Shawn holds multiple academic degrees, including a Bachelor of Science in Economics, a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, a Master of Science in Cybersecurity, and a Doctorate of Law. Additionally, he actively participates in several Health Sector Council Task Groups that focus on risk, artificial intelligence, and the modernization of laws and regulations.
