Trust doesn’t happen by accident, and that’s been the theme of Talia Karaberis’ career. At AWS, she built and led the team responsible for customer-facing security communications, creating the framework used to manage security bulletins, coordinated vulnerability disclosures, CVE publications, and customer communications during security events. She partnered with engineers, executives, and leaders across the organization to ensure customers received clear and meaningful information when it mattered most. Now at Blue Yonder, Talia is helping build the Trust organization with the same philosophy. She focuses on creating the structures, programs, and operating models that help teams respond consistently, communicate effectively, and strengthen customer confidence.
